About RTT® Hypnotherapy
Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) is a modern and science-backed therapeutic tool that blends traditional psychotherapy such as gestalt, solution-focused and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), applied neuroplasticity, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), hypnosis, visualisation, breathwork, and mindfulness into one powerful technique. RTT® aims to find the root cause of any physical, or mental issue, belief, feeling, or situation and rewire your subconscious for lasting change.
RTT® was created by Marisa Peer, a world-renowned therapist, speaker and best-selling author. She’s created RTT® drawing upon her 30+ years of experience working as a therapist and I’m beyond honoured to have been trained by her.

5-Step Hypnotherapy Process
Strategy call
We meet for 30-40 minutes to discuss the form you filled up and narrow down the presenting issue.
In some cases, we start drawing patterns and understand that presenting issue in a completely different light.
We meet for about 2 hours and go into your subconscious.
Using different tools and techniques we connect to the feelings and body or go back to events earlier in life that are the root cause of the presenting issue and once found, reframe it.
RTT® Hypnotherapy session
Hypnosis recording
I create a personalised hypnosis audio combining the learnings from the session and our strategy call. You listen to the recording for at least a month to make sure new neural pathways form in your brain for the desired changes.
One month post-session support
We keep in touch through messages, emails, voice audios for at least a month after the session to follow your progress and re-evaluate the symptoms. Where necessary, I also guide conscious practices that speed up the change process.
Intake form
You're invited to fill in a special form that gives me context on the issue we're working on, like triggers, and most present symptoms. Most importantly, you'll be asked to share what your life looks like without the issue.
